Payment

We accept payment by most of the credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Delta, Electron, Switch. The payment will be made using paypal's online shop. One of the safest ways to pay on the internet.

Exchange Rates

We accept payment by most of the credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Delta, Electron, Switch Which will Be charged In British Pounds Striling. The Currency Converter that we have installed on this Website is for Approximate Prices only. The currency converter that we use is in no way affiliated with Goodchildsjewellers.co.uk and we have no control over its contents or exchange rates. All sales will be charged at the exchange rate at time of the credit card transaction taking place. Due to exchange rate fluctuations which are outside of our control we accept no responsibility for these differences in exchange rates , Transaction Times will be shown on your receipt.

Shipping

We will endevour to send all items within 3 working days of order. All items will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK or to the US & Europe by International Signed For . We can only send the parcel to the address that is confirmed in your paypal account.

Warranty

All of our Jewellery is covered by a 1 Year warranty against manufacturing defects.This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return's Policy

No refunds/exchanges are available on earrings or body jewellery for hygenic  reasons and health and saftey law or rings ordered to a specific size.

We offer a simple 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. If any item is not as described just notify us by email/post (stating reason for return) within 14 days of receipt. We will then issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else instead. When refunding the customer, postage costs on the original order are not refunded. As mentioned above, this Guarantee does not apply to earrings, body jewellery or rings ordered to a specific size. Please ensure you order the correct size ring as we can not exchange/refund for wrongly ordered sizes.

Please send items back via special delivery for your own proof of delivery. This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item is damaged/faulty).

Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 3 days and arrange to post them back to us via special delivery. We will reimburse you these extra postage costs. If you do not inform us within 3 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is not in stock we will aim to notify you within 48 hours whereby we will offer you the choice of : putting the item on back-order for despatch as soon as it comes into stock, a refund for the item or the chance to choose an alternative item/s instead.
